Facebook: How can I transfer Page admin rights?

Page admins can add or remove other admins by following these steps:

1. Click the "Edit Page" link below the Page’s photo.
2. On the right hand side, click the "Add" link in the Admin section.
3. Select the friend you would like to add as an admin.

Facebook: Why am I not receiving posts in my Feeds from some of my Pages?

Facebook fan cannot see update status probably due to the News Feed settings of the people who connect with your Page.

Try updating your News Feed settings to see more stories from your friends and Pages you Like. To do so, click on "Edit Options" at the bottom of your News Feed and increase the number in the "Number of Friends" box. You should then begin receiving more stories posted by Pages.
